A few years ago, I was discussing home-buying with my best friend. Despite thorough explanations, the process felt overwhelming and rushed for her. Ultimately, she wished for a clear roadmap—something to aim for as she navigated the complexities of buying a home on her own post-separation.
Inspired by her, I designed Homebound. My friend is a flexibility coach and excels in crafting personalized plans, which is essential because each client's needs are different. Homeownership journeys are no different!
In the early stages of developing Homebound, I met with Alicia, a mortgage broker who became an integral partner in the program’s launch. Financial questions often turn out to be the most pressing concerns for our clients, and Alicia’s expertise has been invaluable in addressing these issues comprehensively.
This is why we prefer one-on-one sessions rather than large groups. Each client receives the personalized attention they need, ensuring their unique financial situation is thoroughly understood and addressed.
At Homebound, our support doesn't end with a plan. We provide continuous assistance to ensure you stay on track. Through regular check-ins, we make necessary adjustments to your plan, helping you adapt to changes and maintain your progress.
